Leftover Turkey and Create 3 Layer Nachos

What else can you do with leftover turkey during the holiday season? Of course, make something fun that everyone enjoys. 3 Layer Nachos with turkey

Ingredients 

3 Layer Nachos                                                                                                             

1 Bag of Corn Chips

8 oz Chedder Jack Shredded Cheese

2 oz Chopped Black Olives

4 oz Deli Sliced Mild Banana Pepper Rings

8 oz Chicken or Turkey (Shredded)

2 Roma Tomatoes 

 

Guacamole

4 Ripe Avocados

1 Lime

¼ of Red Onion (Chopped)

Dash Cayenne Pepper

½ Handful Cilantro

Sour Cream

 

Instructions

3 Layer Nachos

8 X 11 Glass Baking Dish

(Use 1/3 of ingredients for each layer and Repeat all below for 3 Layers)

Make a bed of Corn Chips

Sprinkle chopped black olives over chips

Sprinkle Chicken or Turkey shredded over chips

Sprinkle Sliced Banana Pepper Rings over chips

Completely Cover with cheese

(Repeat above for 3 layers)

Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes. Look to make sure cheese underneath is melted

Cube 2 Roma tomatoes and sprinkle on top after dish has baked

 

 

Guacamole

Cut 4 Avocados in half and remove seed. Scoop out avocado with spoon into bowl. Use fork and  mash chunky style.

Squeeze Lime and add juice to bowl

Add Chopped Onions

Add Cilantro

Add Dash of Cayenne Pepper

Mix all together with fork by hand and leave Avocado chunky
